This work was how my Antarctic painting journey began. While painting this snowy mountain backdrop...I suddenly felt a mysterious force carrying my brush. The texture and atmosphere quickly appeared by itself without any thinking or effort. I was astounded!

I asked myself, "was I destined to paint Antarctica and share its beauty with the world?" From that moment, I decided to paint Antarctic landscapes and these amazing creatures I encountered on this enigmatic white planet.
